Emma Chapman, founder of Flowers from the Grove

About

Flowers from the Grove is an independent Inner West of Sydney based floristry studio. We source our flowers locally and use sustainable materials to create long-lasting native arrangements with a traditional twist. Every bouquet is unique and delivered right to your door.

We love helping people connect to their loved ones by sending beautiful, one-of-a-kind bouquets, creating unforgettable event florals and teaching the craft of flower arranging in our various workshops. We love celebrating Australia's unique flora and specialise in creating arrangements highlighting its beauty and pizazz.

‘The Grove’ sculpture created by Ulan Murray and Rachel Burns.

The name

Grove — a group of trees growing close together. The trees have an interconnected root system; they depend on one another to live, much like communities.

The business name was inspired by the ‘The Grove’ sculpture created by Ulan Murray and Rachel Burns. This stunning sculpture sits in our founder's, Emma Chapman, mother’s home.

To Emma's mum, it represents her three children and their unbreakable bond. Emma sees it as representing the interconnectedness of humanity and nature and their interdependence for survival and happiness.
